The
department conducts regular seminars and workshops on Cloud computing, Bigdata,
Software Security, Software Testing, Mobile and Web Application development, Networking,
NS2, Drupal and many other open source and popular propriety technologies. Our
faculty and students have published more than 120 international and national
papers.
The
department promotes active Industry-Institute collaboration by identifying areas
of interest. The Department has collaborated with Infosys through campus
connect program and with Wipro through mission 10x.
The
Department is involved in conducting various Social Service Activities in
association with NSS Wing of the College throughout the year. Few of the activities are :

Teacher's day is celebrated on 5th of September. The birthday of the second President of India Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan is observed as teacher's day in India. Dr, Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was a renowned educationist, a scholar and a teacher. It is his birth anniversary that is celebrated as teacher's day throughout the country. 3rd Semester Students Celebrate the Teacher day in a Grand Way.
